Hola, my name is Joseph, and I am a Pediatrician-Neonatologist by trade who decided to retire three yrs ago. Fluent in English and Spanish. Lived most of my life in the USA and contemplated the idea of retiring to a place warm away from the Chicago cold; Puerto Vallarta was it. Have been coming to PV since the late 80’s and every time my decision became stronger and stronger. Made the final decision in October 2010 and I don’t regret it at all since then. I chose this location because it is in the heart of all that Vallarta has to offer.
